SEPR is staffed by a core group of three researchers with academic training in Economics, International Relations, Public Policy and Public Administration.  All three researchers have considerable experience in research, design and implementation of survey based reports and policy studies, as well as in project management.  They have, in the past, been affiliated with multilaterals, universities, research institutes and consultancy firms.
